    In this episode, I am joined by Georgie Collinson as we discuss high functioning anxiety. We talk all about how it affects us, how it sometimes defines our identity and may be influenced by genetics and education. Georgie also shares with us things we can do to tackle anxiety in a practical way, from monitoring hormones, sleep, nutrition to our gut biome. You’ll learn all about the Anxiety Reset Method as well as the Resilience Shield and how to fix the holes we have in it.
